For the second year in a row IMBEWU is invited within University of Lausanne (UNIL) to introduce a wide variety of professions in Cooperation and Development.

It is widely known that NGOs or associations call on volunteers. It is an essential link to the smooth running of these organizations. However qualified and even motivated and gratuated people form its recruitment pool. This gives rise to some confusion. This conference addresses the multiplicity of statuses and recruitment criteria in the field.

IMBEWU remains committed to this successful partnership with UNIL coordinated by Mr. Sorrentino, coordinator of Internships at SSP Faculty and Head of the ALUMNI Network. Because we take to heart to fostering exchanges and working in education, not only for young people in South Africa but also for young people in Switzerland. Thus, we discussed the possibilities for students to reconcile studies and field work in particular with the volontary programme offered by IMBEWU. An innovative and rewarding experience to carry out alongside our partners in South Africa.
